Emelie Liquid Matte Lip Gloss Swatches l Water Proof

 

Emelie lip gloss are one of the many lip glosses available in the market these days. I got them long ago and was thinking to review it but wasn't getting time.

Finally, i'm here with a detailed review and swatches of these lip glosses. 

Packaging:

I got this box from a Facebook seller when they were newly introduced in the market. These glosses come in two different designed boxes. One is in golden box and other one is in black box. The golden box has more bright shades then the black packaging one. I like the color choices i got in this golden box which states "Life's a Peach". 

Gloss container is cuboid rather cylinder which makes it easy to twist and open the cap. Caps are beautiful chrome silver which make this gloss very attractive. You can see a very boldly written 'waterproof" on the container.

 

On the bottom of the container you can see very clearly written number shades.

Texture & Quality:

These lip glosses are matte and waterproof. They dry very fast so you have to apply them very quickly. After applying they give a drying feeling on your lips so, its better to apply a lip balm so your lips won't chap or irritate.

The color impact is very strong and gives a perfect shade. One thing is for sure that they are very long lasting. They don't come out very easily even if you eat or drink. This extra lasting power makes it very difficult to remove. I mostly take off my matte glosses with vaseline. But these glosses gives me a tough time removing them.

Like other low priced glosses, these glosses are also drying and make your lips feel drained. Overall, i like these glosses because the have a longer staying power.

Pricing:

Prices very from seller to seller. I got the full box in 2500 PKR but you can get this box between 1500-2000 PKR. Single gloss price also varies between 160-200 PKR.

My Verdict:

Overall good purchase and value for money. Far much better then other fake Huda and Kylie glosses.
